Student Organization
The Student Organization Office (SOO) is dedicated to promoting student involvement as an integral part of a comprehensive university education. SOO's primary responsibilities include registering student organizations, providing essential services, information, education, and support to empower and strengthen both individual students and student groups. Collaborating with university and community partners, student group advisors, alumni, and national organizations, SOO offers leadership development, organizational management, and skill- building opportunities. These initiatives aim to empower students, enhance their learning experiences beyond the classroom, and foster active, thoughtful, and engaged community members.
STUDENT GOVERNMENT ASSOCIATION (SGA)
In accordance with its Constitution, the Student Government Association (SGA) works closely with the university administration at 色戒直播 to effectively address student concerns. SGA serves as the vital link between the student body and the faculty. It provides valuable resources to ensure students, educational journey is a resounding success. Firstly, the Note Service, located at the campus copy and supply center, faithfully reproduces and distributes professor's lecture notes. AMERICAN MEDICAL STUDENT ASSOCIATION (AMSA)
The American Medical Student Association provides health care events for the community and gives members the opportunity to gain hands-on medical experience. For example, AMSA offers monthly Diabetes screenings free of charge and clinical workshops open to all students that focus on perfecting basic clinical skills. Being a member of the Clinical Research Society is a testament to the exceptional academic performance of students. WOMEN鈥橲 MEDICAL STUDENT ASSOCIATION
This organization is dedicated to promoting gender balance in all levels of medicine and fostering the personal growth of women. Through various initiatives, it aims to integrate women into the medical field. Additionally, it organizes educational events for the American University of Anguilla community, fostering unity among medical students.
THE INDIAN STUDENTS ASSOCIATION
The ISA plays a vital role in promoting Indian culture and heritage among students, faculty, staff, and the local population of AUA. Membership is open to all university students, encouraging cultural exchange among individuals from diverse backgrounds. Throughout the academic year, ISA sponsors joyous celebrations of important festivals and social events.
MUSLIM STUDENT ASSOCIATION
The MSA hosts a range of special events, including a warm welcome dinner for new students and celebratory gatherings for Eid in November and February. Monthly meetings are open to all students and spouses, providing a supportive space for engagement and community building.
CHRISTIAN STUDENT ORGANIZATION
This inclusive Christian group welcomes students of all denominations and is centered around biblical teachings. Students are encouraged to share their musical talents, and worship services are led by fellow students, creating a spiritual atmosphere on campus.
JEWISH STUDENTS CLUB (JSC)
The Jewish Students Club aims to familiarize participants with Jewish culture and identity. Open to all students, the club maintains strong relationships within the campus community and celebrates a wide range of major holidays. Additionally, the club organizes Sabbath dinners as frequently as possible.
